I highly dislike this establishment! If I could give them negative stars I would! Every representative informs you of something different each time you speak with them (not on the same accord), you get your documents in and they still find something wrong, they are unprofessional many times and at some points plain rude. They don’t care if they’re the ones who made the error and the chief is no better at correcting his employees! They block your email address, no one ever answers the phone, and there’s too many caseworkers working on your case which is why the information gets mixed around. This organization in this area is terrible and I hope that they do better for the sake of our children!

If y’all need help with any experience at the ELC office please ask for Ms. Kristen she is absolutely amazing from the time I walked in till the time I left she was everything you would expect and more. My seven month old daughter started to cry as I was trying to fill everything out and Mrs Kristen took her in and carried her around the office so I could fill everything out. She honestly is a hero because it all Reality I just needed some kind of help today and she provided everything I needed. Thank you Again Mrs Kristen
