Masks, social distancing, barriers around registers. Signs asking that you only touch something if you intend to buy it. Pretty good overall.
I have never seen this in store, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't call and check.
You can park in any of the metered spots in front of the Old Capitol Town Center but it is usually easier to park in the Capital Street Parking Garage which is attached to the Old Capitol Town Center. The first hour of parking in this ramp is free.
