Do yourself a favor and rent from ANY other locations other than this one. After not having the vehicle with zero heads up that it wouldn't be available and waiting an extra 2 hours for our rental to be available the customer service is horrible. Kyle is the only helpful person there and the other female there is nasty and rude when speaking to anyone. If Kyle is there your good to go, but if he isn't run away!!

Had a confirmed reservation to pick up a car on Monday at 745 am. Kyle the manager called me on a Saturday and related they wouldn’t have any cars Monday to fill the reservation. Sorry so sorry. Called corporate, no response when elevated to the district manager. Do not book here, can’t help but think of the classic a Seinfeld episode “you know how to take the reservation, you just don’t know how to hold the reservation” that’s really the important part right?? Steer clear here folks.

Yes, at the Tharpe location they have parking spaces available to park your personal vehicle!

They have different models. It may depend on the location. You'll know which car you'll receive once you pick up. They have sedans, SUVs, trucks I believe and mini vans. They may more of the luxurious vehicles as well.
