Applied for a unit. 1.) The leasing agents including leasing manager lacked on communication. 2.) Denied my application due to certain past on my credit which is understandable but leasing staff did not seem interested in helping out nor explaining much. 3.) leasing manager(Latoya Boyd) was rude and careless over the phone when I spoke to her and kept telling me that she does not know anything and I have to contact the credit bureau even though she signed the letter of denial. Called the credit bureau and they told me they don’t know why I got denied because they didn’t deny me the leasing manager did. I really was interested in seeing if there were alternative options that could help me get a unit but she did not care to help, I proceeded with a thank you and she gave me silence. Overall I was very disappointed with the customer service. I am not from Tampa, I am moving from out of state and I was very disappointed about my first experience at this leasing office.

I’m not going to lie, I had a lot of issues moving into this place originally with my apartment over 3 years ago. However, with the new management that moved in over a year ago and their exceptional customer service, any issue I may have is usually quickly taken care of. I’ve usually been helped by German who Is always willing to help with a good attitude. The area is a good in between for any store you could really need and easy access to go straight downtown. Overall, even with a rocky start this community is excellent and I’d recommend it to people looking to move in this area.

Pay $1600 only to have the complex look like TRASH , the gym is closed and they don’t have an answer as to when it’ll be back up. The pool is not being taken care of and is also locked. trash is left everywhere and the net to the volley ball court has been taken off. What are we supposed to use? Not understanding where my money is going to. Been like this since the new management took over. And yes i could have called but every time you call them they never have an answer or know what they are doing.

Apparently it’s ok that a stranger can walk into your apartment at 11:15 at night while you and your family is sleeping. He said there was a leak downstairs, but there was no leak. Scarred me half to death. Called the office today and they acted like it’s no big deal. No phone call just banged on the door twice and let himself in with a key. We have a child and a dog. It was completely unprofessional and completely uncalled for. Don’t rent here there is nothing Luxury about this place. They charge too much for what little space they have. There is trash everywhere. Trash in the parking lots and in the ponds. We haven’t been happy living here the whole time, but a stranger who barely spoke any English just let himself in to our apartment and turned the light on, was the straw that broke the camels back.
