They kept me waiting over 1 hour 15 minutes to take blood, and they treat me like they're doing me a favor by taking it. The rear door off parking lot was locked, so I needed to walk through bushes to get to the front door. When I called, I had to listen to all 9 recorded options before getting the one on blood donation.

I went to the Santa Barbara Red Cross to donate blood today. It was my first time donating in California. I have been donating for almost 25 years in three states. The staff was great, however, there was a man also donating talking very loudly on his phone, dropping F-bombs constantly making it a very unpleasant experience. I have never had this problem anywhere I have donated before. I would have appreciated if the staff would have asked him to get off the phone. I swear all the time, but I know the time and place for it.
