Had a conversation with a manager at a Pilot/flying j. The manager was very kind but definitely agree to disagree. Most have at least 40 to 50% reserved paid parking. 18/slot. I did the math. Let's say 800/day, 24000/month, 250000 roughly a year. In addition to that they get our money from store bought items. It's absolutely ridiculous. Love's truck stop is first come, first serve. Not all Pilot's are this way. A good majority I would say.

Worse FJ ever been to never seen so many transactions in the parking lot during the day in front of the store this is not a safe place you can tell it's a normal thing over at this location I can't imagine what happens were the trucker park at this place is run down and very dirty from inside and definitely outside P.S. this place might not be corporate owned because it sure doesn't feel like it or they just Don't care Definitely need security during the day maybe a k9 unit and camera's all around

Once again, out of pump receipt paper! Such an inconvenience to have to go in, wait in line, get a receipt when you really want to pay at the pump and GO! Fix this management!! 🤬

The showers cost $12 unless you have a yellow rewards card (for CDL holders only) and have gotten 50 gallons of gas within the last 10 days. Another perk of having a CDL rewards card is if you want a team shower (2 different showers) it will only cost you 1 of your shower points. For more information, you can always visit pilotflyingj.com or call the number on the back of your rewards card.

I've found people here to be nice and reasonably honest. I've gotten meals out of here without it being questionable as to what it was that did not taste like mashed potatoes in my mashed potatoes. The place is older. I'll take old and honest over new and full of jerks.

They are still doing that. Now they say that utah drivers are only allowed 15 min
2 hour parking only. Even if your vehicle is logged at the fuel desk they will call to tow you or the guard will ask you to leave.

Don't waste your time if you are in a rush one of the worse parking situations. If you need fuel forget it unless you're not in a hurry. I saw the parking and fuel line. Made a u turn and kept going down the road.
Each one is a little bit different. Petro and TA rarely charge me for a drink refill. Boiled eggs and fruit is cheaper at Love's. Most try to get as many sales as possible.
