Used to be good and decently priced, is now overpriced and poor quality as of August 2022. Decent place to live, but despite being within literal walking distance of Rocky Mountain Power headquarters, the power has gone out 3 times in four months to the entire complex. Whether or not that's the apartment complexes fault or Rocky Mountain Power's fault, no idea, but it's still problematic and unacceptable considering how much rent is, and how much it's being increased by, nearly 10%. Additionally, the laundry room is overcrowded and the machines are not very good at cleaning your clothes properly. Update: In the five months since I originally posted this, the power has not gone out, however the water for the entire complex is off due to a water main breakage, and has been this way for 4 hours Edit: Make that 28 hours. Furthermore, it looks like absolutely no one is working on it. An entire holiday weekend with no water. However, they have offered 10 water bottles per apartment as of 6pm the day after the water stopped. If there's more than 2 people in an apartment, that doesn't even meet drinking water requirements, and a 24 pack of water is worth $3. Less than a $1.50 spent per apartment to try and rectify the situation. Absolutely disgusting. Update: They have repeatedly had issues with the doors to the laundry room not opening to the electronic keys, one of the doors has been broken for weeks, and they recently had an "electrical incident" that certainly sounds like a fire in the pool building. Plus, there was an unspecified pest infestation on the day I moved out, that they were unable to tell me what the infestation was. Very concerning, as I don't want to bring bed bugs with me to my new place. Lastly, the office staff seems very disorganized, which makes getting assistance slow. All in all, worth $800 a month, maybe, and definitely not the $1350 they're charging.

Hi Alyssia, our community screens applicants based on credit, criminal, and rental history through a 3rd party provider. Our policies take into consideration when any crimes occurred as well as the nature and seriousness of the offense. A more detailed copy of our criminal screening policy is available upon request. Regarding parks, many say our community is park-like in itself! We have courtyards, trees, and benches for those that want to enjoy natural splendor at home. We are also in walking/biking distance of Cottonwood Park and the Jordan River Parkway Trail. We also have schools nearby. Plus, the Light Rail makes much more outside out immediate vicinity very accessible for those without a car. We'd love to tell you more! Please give us a call to schedule a tour.

A 2 bedroom is around $1500.. but it's worth it... The people who run the place are respectful and understanding... The complex is clean. And safe... I live there and I have left stuff outside and I have never had anything stolen... Not a single incident... And the parking situation is great...
As per rules, you can't but I saw lot of smokers around the basket ball court. Complained also no action taken.
They do say that they check your credit upon the application process.
They have a laundromat.
Monthly for a 2 befroom with possible 2 baths.
They do. I currently rent a studio for $718. Amenities are great!
Not sure why Craig Allen answered the way he did. I've lived here (in a studio) since last August and absolutely love it. If you go to their website, you will see the available apartments & currently there are studios available.
Im not sure about a studio but for a 1br I'm paying about $788
