Cleanliness: 4/5 ★★★★☆ Staff: 3/5 ★★★☆☆ Repairs: 3/5 ★★★☆☆ Grounds: 4/5 ★★★★☆ Security: 1/5 ★☆☆☆☆ Amenities: 1/5 ★☆☆☆☆ Floorplan: 5/5 ★★★★★ I moved in here in December and was thrilled because they are newly constructed, clean and in great condition... - Within 2 weeks half of the light bulbs went out. - The towel rack and toilet paper fixtures and hot/cold sink knows all fell apart. They "fixed it" but they broke days later. - The washer and dryer +$30/mo "option" is not an option. You are required to have thiers and pay extra for it. - You have NO CHANCE of ever getting a storage unit. I was informed by management that there are only 65/210 units. 3+ of which I have seen with my own eyes were storing appliances and supplies for management --and then there is a waiting list. - You must use their contracted internet company +$50/mo (Speed is far better than 50mb speeds advertised) but if you have a bundle deal with someone else or qualify for reduced internet, forget it. - Do not expect to actually be able to enjoy any of the advertised amenities here. It took me 6 months to get a key card to access the gym or pool which is almost always closed or full of kids. The jacuzzi is always out of service and they close it down after labor day matter what so forget about night time dips in the fall/winter when you'd like to be in it. - The vallet trash man is very fickle. If you don't perfectly place your trash outside, someone opens it to throw out a juice box, is heavy or you set out bulk items like laundry detergent on the side, he will report you and still refuse to take your trash. - Carriewill be nice during the sign up and then treat you like a lepore if you ever speak to her again. Anything you complain or ask for is indefinitely your fault and you will spoken down to. - Porch pigeons will destroy your porch. Even if you clean they ruin your furniture with mites, worms and filth so don't expect to use your porch either. It is impossible to get off the baked in poop and the staff will not help you. If you smoke they'll hit you with a $75 fine. -The dryer ruined, ripped, stretched or shrunk all of my king bedding among many other pieces of clothing. When I asked if they could just looked at it Carrie told me that all dryers do this and I just needed to be careful what I put in it, as If a 34 year old mother had never washed clothes. The stackable washer only fills up halfway so you are forced to do half normal lods = 2x Time/Soap = flipping bedding to wash in full+ extra spin cycle and multiple rounds in the dryer....but yes, it must be ME Who is not using it correctly. - Pest control is not done by a professional company. Some guy they retain will come look around and put out bait. When I asked what company he worked for, Carrie said "his own". She could not give any further information. - Security doors are great. Cameras at each entrance I suspect are fake/unmonitored. My wagon was stolen from in front of my door. They refused to look back at cams to help in my investigation. I bought a wyze door bell just in case but overall, I feel safe here. Night Security comes 2x a night but I have never seen them.

My experience with the enclave apartments was definitely bitter sweet…the apartments were ok but god forbid you have to call maintenance.. the main maintenance guy is sooo horrible he went out of his way to make sure that when we left we weren’t getting our deposit he also tried to illegally ban my friend from the apartment complex because she propped the front door open when we were moving stuff in and not only that but when I had to call him to fix something he would look all over my apartment for her like a total weirdo! .. this place needs to get ride of him he’s giving the place a bad name!

I like very much Enclave. SLC is a very beautiful city. Enclave is a very good property to live in. Carrie and Keileigh are very kind and professional. They have been very helpful. Maintenance people are super nice. So far it has been a very nice experience.

Very spacious. Although I do not know the exact measurements, I can tell you that we fit our queen size bed, an l-shaped desk and 2 standard dresser-sized objects with plenty of walking space around it. It could easily fit a king instead of the queen. That is not including the walk in closet and master bath area as well.
