Domino's Pizza

Man, these people were literally the worst. We ordered from them online, and received a phone call from them stating that they couldn’t deliver because their drivers all called out for the night. We said “no big deal, we’ll come pick it up!” We were told 25 minutes. Fast forward, and we’re standing in the store, being ignored, no eye contact, two of the three employees left to go on a smoke break when my husband asked for our order. The last employee told him that they had just decided not to make the pizzas, and then canceled our order right in front of us. Nice. I wish I had read the reviews first. Would have saved me some time.

Talked to Mark (or probably Marcos after reading all the comments) on the phone. He was rude. Bad customer service. Good thing I didn't pay for my pizza yet. I have always had great experiences with domino's pizza until this location.

Order took 2 hours. Order left the store over an hour after it was prepared. Obviously the pizza was cold. Waste of money. Won’t order here again.

Their pizza is decent but how long does it take to “quality check” a pizza?? It’s 7:30 now. You look at sure make sure you have everything and send it off. Kind of ridiculous. I won’t do delivery again. I live right behind them. I just have four kids and it would be convenient if I could get delivery. I mean I pay the fee 🤷‍♀️
