Ordered 2 med pizza meal and garlic twist from this location and after multiple calls and being placed on hold 15 to 20 mins at a time. It was finally delivered approximately 2hrs later. When I received the order it was not what I ordered. Had my friend call back to let them know, and they were dismissive and rude… My friend was completely bulldozered on the phone. She never got a chance to speak a complete sentence. When I called back to get refunding or credit for compensation I was repeatedly put on hold and told the manager would be brought to the phone. I spent an entire week trying to contact a manager and still have yet to speak to one. If you take the services you pay for seriously don’t order here it’s a terrible dominos to deal with when it comes to business conduct

I helped my boyfriend's mom order pizza for the house we ordered 2 pizzas & 1 order of bread sticks. they got 1 of the pizzas completely wrong. then I tried calling them back to get the pizza fixed or at least tell them that 1 of the pizzas is completely wrong. they dont answer and when they did finally answer even though they are all most closed I asked to speak to the manager so they transferred me to the manager and it kept ringing and ringing.

Domino's on West Elcamino and Truxcel is unprofessional and does not pay attention to the online system that they make you order from! Tonight I placed an order for curbside and the app notified me when it was ready and we were sitting outside waiting for our order that was never made until 10 minutes after we got there and I had to call them to find out why it was taking so long and was told that their online system never notified them but never did they ask me what I ordered or my name but knew exactly what was ordered and who I was when they finally brought my order out to me! I will not be ordering from this Domino's again.

Good pizza....but customer service is an absolute joke. I can't believe how incredibly bad it has gotten. No one EVER wants to help counter...pizza will be ready for 20 mins, but no one wants to check you out. Most of the time they won't even say "welcome in". No excuses. They have plenty of staff.... they're just lazy. DON'T GO HERE!
