Placed an order online and at the hour mark the tracker still said "Prep", so we tried calling the store several times and let it ring for a few minutes and there was no answer. We called the delivery line several times over the course of 2.5 hours and the store wouldn't answer when the agents called and the agents couldn't help us or give us a refund. So I submitted a complaint online and requested a refund. At the 3 hour mark the tracker said "Delivered" but we never received our order. We called the store again, no answer. We called the delivery line again and they tried calling the store, no answer. I submitted an update to the complaint about the order not being received and Domino's emailed me an offer for either 60 points or 20% off my next order. Why the hell would I let them keep my money and then also order from this store again? I turned down the offer and submitted another update to the complaint asking for a full refund. Domino's has not responded to the complaint or refunded the order.

I normally don't go to Domino's Pizza I haven't been there in a long time and I drove by this location So I thought you know what I'm going to give it a try and it was a lot better than I expected my usual spot is Round Table sometimes Uncle Vito's Slice of New York. Customer service is cool the only problem I had was I couldn't get through when I wanted to place my order over the phone. But when I got there they were very helpful they even brought the pizza out to my car they said I'll have it done in 15 minutes. It was a little over than 15 minutes but I didn't mind for Domino's the pizza was very good and I know Domino's have had a bad reputation but over the years it seems like they have improved. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable not that expensive you can get pizzas that's under $20 which is good and the quality for the price is even better.

I like their pizza but I went here because I was trying to get a job they did it back around check which I'm sure was was great fine or clean but they never called me back for whatever reasons I think I have a great personality but beware of those that say they're hiring because I guess they're not

Don’t believe their quoted delivery time. For starters, I live approximately 1 mile from this location. Attached you will see the quoted delivery time, which was placed at 7:35pm. After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes (8:45pm), I called the store and spoke with the manager, Joshua. I was given excuses for his driver being extremely late and never delivering my pizza. Instead of trying to talk me out of canceling my order and making things right, Joshua was content with just having me cancel and gave me no real assurance that I’d even receive a refund. Never again will I order from this Domino’s.
