Domino's Pizza

My partner, Sam, and I frequent this Domino’s location probably once a week. They are consistently timely and friendly. I’d like to shout out the young woman working by herself tonight. I didn’t catch her name, but she is pretty with mermaid-like blue/green hair and dimple piercings. I was so impressed by how she was handling working by herself tonight. She had multiple orders going simultaneously and was so professional and polite to me. I know it was just an unfortunate circumstance for her to be working alone tonight due to some coworkers calling out, but I commend her for her good attitude. Cheers to her!

I placed an order at 915pm for delivery at a total distance of .2 miles from the store to my hotel It took over 2.5 hours to deliver our 2 medium pizzas .02 miles…. We tried calling the store and nobody answered at all for an hour. When the pizzas finally arrived they were cold and 2.5 hours after we orders…..On a random Wednesday evening… at 915pm Absolutely terrible.

EVERY TIME i order from this spot, there is a problem. First they didn't even deliver my order years ago now, and tried to keep my money. I went through corporate and got credit for a future order only to find out that all my info was deleted when i went to use it. Last year i ordered two pizzas and they were burnt. After finding out it's the same manager i just ignored it because i didn't want to deal with it. Now i order and my pizzas aren't cut through and i can't pull the pieces apart. I asked for them to pick them back up and i want a refund, only to be told i can't have one. On top of it, everytime they are complete a holes about it. No customer service at all. All i wanted a some Pizza. Never again.
