I’ve honestly never had a better experience buying a car! Mike in sales and Sean in accounting are both so warm, kind, and patient. They answered all of our questions and really took the time to help us with everything we needed. I’m so thankful they were able to work with us to make this all possible—I absolutely love my new Kia! This is the current issue: Fred Beans replaced my tires and did the alignment. When I dropped off my vehicle, I clearly advised the service advisor that the new tires were in the back of my car. I further advised her that the rear right side tire was new and that I wanted to keep it. I sent a test message to the service advisor, requesting to keep the tire. To that, the service advisor replied "OK." One day later, the service advisor sent me a text message, advising me that the truck that picks up the used tires left and that they can no longer locate my tire—which I expressly stated that I wanted to keep. When I came to pick up my car, the service staff told me that they did not save my tire as requested. I suggested that they replace that tire with the new one, since I expressly requested that the tire not be discarded. In response, they advised that an approval was needed from the general manager. On August 30, 2022, the service advisor suggested to me that, after speaking with the general manager, they request that we “split the cost” for the tire. This situation has been absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. The incompetency of Kia’s staff is beyond me. At this point, I seek an immediate resolution to the above-detailed problem.
