Shocked by the way they treat their customers. Honda Accord 2021, got all the lights on, and they charged me $179 without letting me know what the problem is. Kristin very unprofessional. PLEASE DONT SIGN ANY PAPER. They will ask you to sign and then charge you some money. Mike the manager of the Honda service - can’t listen to customer, don’t wanna understand the problem. Talks over you! Telling me I hit the front of the car , and I never did! And he refused to check with carmax. Please don’t steal people money. Treat the next customer with dignity!

Don't waste your time. We looked at purchasing a new 2022 Civic Hatchback Sport. We were looking to trade in a 2015 Toyota Corolla Sport with 127.5k miles on it (and some body damage). They had the audacity to offer us $1k for the trade-in, which was honestly just offensive!! They only went up to $4k, after we scoffed and said "yeah right, try again." It was disgusting!! They lost a potential life-long customer today. I have had 4 Hondas, and the one we just bought for my husband makes 5. I am a Honda girl through-and-through. Their loss! We went back to Honda of Princeton, ended up getting $7.7k for the trade-in, and walked off the lot with a 2019 Accord Sport with 33k miles on it within our budget! The used sales team at Honda of Princeton was much more friendly, accommodating AND most importantly reasonable!!

This is strictly a review of the service center. My wife went in for a oil change and they tried hitting her with over $1,178 in additional maintenance. Service writer said her right rear tire had low tread meanwhile all 4 tires had 8/32mm which is practically new. They wanted to do the cabin air filter which is also brand new (said its full of dirt and debris when it was spotless) along with the engine filter, brake fluid change and they even charged her to top off the windshield washer fluid. Just like most dealership service centers, Mike Piazza Honda Service tries to take advantage of unknowing customers. Glad my wife knew to say NO!

They seem to have stuff in order. While buying a new car I witnessed a service staff disinfecting a customers car, even used a steering wheel bonnet!!
