BluePearl Pet Hospital at Langhorne, PA Listed as emergency. Not really. If you have you pet emergency better to use different one.

One of the most frustrating experiences I have had at an emergency animal facility. With the exception of one staff member who provided my dog with treats when we first arrived, the remainder of the staff was more involved with trashing callers who complained about the waits rather than caring for their patients. Will never go hear again. If you have a pet emergency, AVOID this facility!!!!

Brought our cat in for some type of allergic reaction. Waited over 3 hours to be seen. Nobody even checked in on us. We had to find what was taking so long. The staff doesn't care. No apology or even an offer of food or water for our sick cat. They were quick to take our money though. We will never ever bring one of our pets back here again and I urge anyone not to come to this ER.

I called ahead to explain that my dog had consistent bloody stool and had vomited his breakfast. I was told to come in ASAP, went in at 9am and was told that there was a new Vet coming in at 10 and that I had 2 patients ahead of me. The initial wait according to clinic staff was about an hour which is understandable considering everyone and everywhere is "short-staffed". Waited from 9am admittance to 2:30pm discharge (5 1/2 hours total). The main concern is that if it were parvo or GDE, there didn't feel to be a sense of urgency with treating it. No one came in to check on the dog, they were in and out with a test and didn't explain which test they were doing and never came in to explain the results of that test that was performed. The dog would've probably passed away in the room if it were an actual urgent issue, which I actually didn't find out if it was or not until 15 mins before discharge. I'm not sure if the business tactic is to mentally and physically wear you out so that you give no fight when you have to pay (which ended up being $610 for the visit, simple meds and a Subq fluid bolus), but they've achieved it. The excuse of being short staffed needs to stop being used in regards to poor performance. Would not recommend this emergency Vet in any situation. On a side note, the male tech that did the first walk back with my dog was very polite as well as the lady who answered the phone and checked me out.

Yes, we do have a handicap accessible bathroom in our lobby.
Have used them many times. Not sure what a visit is. Overall, they were much less expensive than VSEC and the staff was nicer.
Hope everything turned out ok. Bill u must never have had an animal you loved. In fact that was hurtful to say just get a new duck. Destiny maybe try raising money by donating items around your house or ask for a payment plan. Hope everything works out.
I do not know. I would call because they are really nice and helpful
No, they do not.
Hi Tina, I work there but in a non-veterinary role. I would call and talk to a Customer Service Representative. I know they ask for payment at time of service, but they may offer you to apply for Carecredit.com. But If it's an emergency call and talk to them right away. If they can't help they may know someone who can. I hope things work out for your fur baby. Good luck.
