I bought extra insurance and If did not used it I can get the money back. When i went to get my money back they play game and never return my 2000$ back. I would recommend all of you do not buy any extra insurance from there and I would not my car from there.

While I absolutely love my 4Runner my sales experience and service experiences here have been less than stellar. I would caution anyone buying a car from their used car sales department to have it checked out by an outside mechanic. I was misled on the brakes of my vehicle. I was told they had 80-90% of their usable life left when in fact it was under 50% (the threshold at which they would need to replace them to be CPO) I found myself having to replace all four brake pads and rotors very shortly after after purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately the gentlemen in the service department was not very nice either and demanded I return the loaner vehicle before they had even begun to put my car back together.

As with any dealership I was on guard, but over all I have to say they worked with me when my financial institution balked. I was able to leave with the vehicle that night. That really earned the 5th star.
