I’ve been going to different locations for years, I had a membership and ended up cancelling during covid. However, I recently went back and had a great time. My gift card was lost, and the amazing young woman Emily at the front desk assisted me. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. The other woman at the front was being rude and dismissive of me, I didn’t ask for a name but I’m glad Emily was there to help me out. She immediately saw I was nervous and helped me. I can’t wait to come in for my massage appointment 💆‍♀️. Give that girl a raise!
