I've had my hair done here twice and I'm not coming back. obviously the man you call to schedule with doesn't communicate with the braiders at all because they had zero idea I made an appointment both times. The Price for the length I asked for was different between the scheduler and the braiders! Both times getting braids were tight as heck, wayyyyy too tight, and this last time, I thought I was getting irritation bumps in the back from it pulling but now I'm certain it's because the braider used a dirty comb! She just picked it up off a counter, mind you, covered in all kinds of stuff and hair and started using it on my head. They used no grease or mousse, nicked me a couple times, this is the last time I come here.

This business is very unprofessional and should be closed. Called to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm an hour prior to the appointment. The guy who answers the phone confirmed, Yes! He then calls me back immediately to cancel. I called the very next day, very polite, he stated that he would call me back, never did! Do not spend your money here.

They did my hair for the first time. I love it!! The ladies were very gentle and work well as a team. I'm very particular about different ppl in my hair. But I will say that I don't have any negative things to say about it. The ladies were very nice and also they took there time no rushing neither. Sometimes you have to go through alot of braiders to find the right ones.

I’ve had my hair done here a few times…but this last time THE worst I paid $250 for a hairstyle to last not even a week…Never came back to shop nor retuned my calls….Bad business NEVER AGAIN ‼️👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 I wish I could put No stars…ugh
