Tried calling multiple times, it rings once or twice and hangs up. Maybe it's being serviced?

I had a print job, 10 books with hole punched. I brought in a USB with the file. They finished the job the next day, I came in to pick it up and was disappointed to see that they reduced the size. The manager was quick to respond, we discussed what I requested, he found the file in their system, and printed one sample for my approval. It was now perfect and he proceeded to print the other 9 books, all stapled and hole punched extremely quickly, perfect service, thank you very much for making this right!

Internet here takes forever to send files when using the print and go self service. Never received 'code' to print, am home now, 30 mins plus later and no email. I asked for help, but unfortunately was instead schooled on how the internet works by rude employee. Employee blamed internet for slowness, "its the Internet, Love", instead of kindly trying to help me print or coming up with solutions. I'd be better off buying a home printer than wasting a drive up once a month or so to be treated like that.
