Great staff and lots of gear in stock. A must go for any photo/video professional.

Jerry worked 45 min to clean a stubborn dirt spot on my Lumix G85 sensor. Refunded my $50 cleaning fee with apology. Because I knew it would be difficult I did not expect a refund. Great service!

We have rented a camera/lens combination from PROCAM twice so far, to take very high quality photos of my partner’s artwork. We will go there again, which is basically what you need to know. The staff who have helped us have been thoroughly knowledgeable about the finer points of photography, and ensured we got quality equipment (worth thousands of dollars if we bought it-which is why we rent it for 3days, their minimum). The store itself has good opening hours and a huge range of ancillary equipment in addition to cameras and lenses, and staff who can guide you to what will work best for your situation.

First time visitor/customer. I had a camera issue that two other stores and Google couldn't figure out. The staff was awesome (Jeff and Frank) took the time to diagnose my problem and solved it. These guys know there stuff. They were patient and so friendly. They were even referred by the second store I visited for assistance. Everything camera, come here first. I'm definitely coming back in the future since I have an older model camera. Thanks guys.

Yes we do! You can get an estimate instore or online at procam.com
That is correct. They both purchase and take trade ins.
Yes we do! We can transfer your reels to DVD and to USB. We love video transfers! Please bring in your reels to get your project started. We also scan old photos, documents, negatives and slides. That scanning service is 25% off until 9/30 in honor of National Save Your Photos Month. We hope to see you soon!
Wear a mask you're good. It's never really crowded in the store so keeping a distance is not a problem.
I'm pretty sure they do.
We do buy older cameras but please note that there isn't much value to older polaroid/film cameras. You are welcome to bring it in for a quote.
They tend to be very competitive on trade in prices. You can go to the BNH website to get a sense of what your gear is worth before you bring it to procam.
Do you guys repair cameras, or just photos?
No, we do not ship any rental gear. All rentals must be picked up in-store.
Yes we do. https://procam.com/promaster-mobile-lens-2-0-telephoto-2x
The G40 is a film camera. It is normally better for doing videos in general since it is original function. The 80D is a photo camera that can do video as well. With the 80D you will need to invest in lenses, for sports those are not cheap. However the used market is amazing. With those you will be able to get amazing quality result is you know what you are doing. The 80D as good as it is won't be as natural to use for video than any video camera (zooming in and out, etc). In general I would say the g40 is more ready to go - especially for beginners. The 80D could provide more quality with a bigger investment in time and money.
yes we do. www.pro.procam.com/rentals
I don't think they rent the lens for the full price but do take it the insurance unless you have another way to cover it
Sorry we do not. We stock the RODE & SONY Wireless LAV kits.
Uyes off site, duration depends on teapots and time to get parts
