Joe Morales is one of the best sales people I’ve done business with. Friendly, professional and no funny business. Rather than negotiating back and forth like every other dealer, Joe didn’t waste my time and gave me a great offer from the start. When I came in to pick it up, it was a quick and easy process. I had to drive 50 miles (and pass several other dealers) to get a great deal at Kelly but it was worth it! I would definitely recommend Kelly Jeep to anyone in the market looking for a new car! Take your vehicle to be serviced elsewhere. I scheduled an appointment because I needed a tie rod replacement and I let them know my car was kind of sluggish, also my stop/start function was not working. They advised the price of replacement and I told them I would think it over. They charged me over $200 for a vehicle inspection which they did not advise me of. Then told us later they wouldn’t have charged it if I left my vehicle for repair. They did not tell me this when I picked it up. I also asked if I needed the stop/start button fixed because I don’t like the function anyways. They advised no and I asked if it would affect the car they said no if you don’t use it then it is fine not to be replaced. Since getting my car back, my car has had trouble starting. Now it’s completely dead won’t run. They caused damage to my dashboard during the inspection. They told me because I didn’t fix the stop start battery it caused my battery to die on my car. They said I would need to have it towed to them to fix. (Out of my own pocket). When I said you told me I didn’t need that fixed they said they don’t remember saying that. Why would I not get something fixed if I knew it would cause my 2018 car to completely die? Worst experience ever. They also deleted my last review so that says something. I had no issues prior to bringing my car in, they even hassled me multiple times to trade in my car after I told them no. Now it does not work and Kelly Jeep won’t admit their mistakes.

This was the very best experience that I've ever had buying a vehicle. Chris you are so personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The process was not only easy but painless. The financial process was quick and simple. The place is immaculate. Everyone following the covid protocol so you don't have to worry about illness. Chris even picked me up from home the next day so that I could take my new 2021 Compass home without the hassle of getting a babysitter or a ride. I cannot sing enough praises. The service was absolutely outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending Kelly Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. Ask for Chris! If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. Thank you guys. You have a new customer for life. Edit Review; buyer beware. Service department is awful Signed up to have the car valet service to pick up and drop off the car. I Called to confirm advised i was outside the 10 mile area that they offered the service. Google of my address showed 8.9 miles now they no longer offered the service. They also wont allow the car dropped off early after hours. The original girl i spoke with was pleasant but apparently was training. Her "trainer" jumped into the call loud booming voice zero worries on the customer service department...clearly no desires to have any level of customer service except zero. I ultimately informed her that i would take my business elsewhere which includes 2 additional cars for my kids to which she responded : "that's fine" Well I'm glad your business is doing so well that you can afford such poor customer service...including a customer having to tell your employee not to speak over them! Congratulations kelly...no more business from me
