I came into the express oil change on Monday afternoon. They told me there would be a 1 hr and 45 min wait. I told them no, I'll come back in the morning. I came back in the morning at 715am. The told me an hour to an hr and 15 min wait. Ok, no problem. I was there a few minutes short of 2 hours. I was late to work. The times should be a little more accurate. People have work, ans kids, etc. I also asked them to fix my tire light that kept flashing. They told me no problem. My light is still on and flashing. I just purchased new tires. I asked the lady when I was checking out if the tire light was fixed. She told me yes. No, it's not.

I have had a Honda civic since 2012 and the rear window has never broken due to cold weather so I would think that the newer models would also not break.
