I purchased a pellet stove in 2020. Used it for 1 season. Had it cleaned in august. When I started it in October I noticed the pull handle didnt work not being able to release the ash from the fire box. I called ray to discuss this problem. His response was it's not covered under warranty. It's probably rusted He was not interested in helping me at all. He hides behind the warranty instead of standing behind his product. If I knew the stove can rust I would have prevent it. After 2 weeks of frustrating calls with no help from ray. I called joe rinker who fixed it no charge to me. Why? Because joe wants to keep me as a customer unlike ray. It was a 5 minute fix. I will never recommend Ray to anyone.
