I dropped my car off at 0845 this morning. By 2pm I had heard nothing about my car. I called the service desk to see about an update. They said they were still working on it and someone would call me soon. At 5pm I called again and was told the service department was closed. They never called to tell me they would be keeping my car over night. Why do they need more than 8 hours? I need to buy groceries and run errands but will have no car to do any of it. They should be required to tell customers when they need to keep cars overnight. The next day they were very helpful. But I should not have to call multiple times for an update. Other hyundai dealers call customers with updates.

As always, the quality of necessary repairs was very good, but the level of customer service was not. Unfortunately, my service appointment was scheduled on a very busy day and the services required couldn’t be completed until the next day. Previously, a Service Advisor always contacted me directly to let me know what services were needed and always explained everything that needed to be done. Now, rather than a call, I received a message with a video showing what needed attention and boxes to be checked if I accepted. I couldn’t understand this video if I tried and it was a very impersonal experience. I had to call my son for an explantation and advice. I realize that technology has replaced the “human touch” in many areas, but this is not what I expect from professionals I trust with my vehicle. Unfortunately, I cannot rate this experience at the level I could previously.

They were nice to me. Don't think they have quick lube. I wouldn't buy another Hyundai, however, because it was nothing but trouble. They wound up buying it back because the sub frame was corroded. Had I been in an accident it would have fallen apart. I bought a Toyota and have no problems.
Dealing with the Hyundai finance is a nightmare not only for you I don't know what your issue is but if it has anything to do with the fact that you already paid off your lease and now on a purchase your car. Good luck. After an excruciating 3 months I was finally able to purchase my car with no assistance at all from Lehigh Valley Hyundai dealership who kept telling me they could not get the final figures. You can do it and if I knew where you were, I would tell you exactly how to do it. I was suggest to start calling tresl company who will intervene. However, you would need somebody at Hyundai finance that is willing to really work with you and therein lies the problem. I have that person's name and many others that assisted me ultimately. If you're buying your car out, they don't want you to have it because the market price is much more than what is in your lease deal. They want the car back so they will do everything they can to stop you from getting that car.
Sales people were all masked and kept proper distance. I test drove alone.
