There's a circulator bus that goes between National Harbor, MGM, and the outlets. It's $5 a day or free if you stay at the Gaylord. You can pay cash to the driver or prepay using the Reston Limo app (but I've found it easier to pay cash). I highly recommend the use of this bus.

Johnny Rockets, Auntie Anne's, & Starbucks. That's literally it. There are always food trucks sitting on the sides of tge outlet during lunch times. Best bet is to catch the shuttle to the inner harbor, .3 miles away. There is plenty of restaurants there

There is a National Harbor Circulatory, the service runs every 10-15 minutes, 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 11 a.m. to 4a.m. An all day pass costs $5.00 also the NH2 Bus connects Old Town and MGM National Harbor- Alexandria, VA also the Circulatory has three shuttles running at the same time during busy times. 🚍🤗
