Three weeks no mail. Im suppose to get a very important document in the mail a week ago said it was in my mail box but was never put in there. I never had so much issues living at this address with not getting any of my mail. These drivers need to be train right and there needs to be a investigation done. I done had enough

Best customer service received today . The two very perfessional young ladies have answered all questions that were asked and even where able to explain why and how come. Never gave me a hard time and were very patient. Shout out to Mr. Richie that was very patient and waited till customer service was finished.
