While shopping or browsing at Tanger Outlet...do they permit/allow u to leave ur vehicle parked in there lot to walk/exercise & visit the stores/area at the National Harbor without time restrictions & risk of being towed?

You can park it there without restrictions. Just not overnight.

Yes, you can park there as long as the shops are open. It's secure, as the mall security continually drives around. Also, I have seen PG County police vehicles on the premises. Enjoy
