Perhaps the worst customer service I have experienced to date. When I approached the counter at the front of the store, I waited as two associates had their backs turned to me. After waiting a minute or two, I said “excuse me,” to inform of my presence. The male associate rudely said, “can you wait”? That I did. A few minutes later, he proceeds to take a phone call. He then thanks the person on the phone and approaches me a bit later and gives me a blank stare. I remarked that it was customary to thank a customer for their patience, as he’d done with the customer on the phone. He walked away without a word. I completed my transaction with another employee and called after leaving the store to speak with the manager. This experience left me absolutely flabbergasted. I exchanged an item later in the day at Express Edit in DC and experienced significantly better customer service. This store appears to be an outlier and poorly managed.

Went there to make a purchase. They guy who claim to be the manager was extremely rude. We went to the cashier no one else was there, yet he told us to go back and go through the barriers. I can understand if other people were there in a line. We would never break a line but no one else was there. He then told us we have to wait until the cashier is ready to take us. Again no one else was there. This guy is very rude and should not be dealing with customers much less he said he was the manager. We didn’t bother to purchase the products. We left and will never ship there again. If I could give no star I would.
