I purchased a set of sheets through the factory store and within one year, there were holes in them, despite following washing instructions. I contacted the store and there was a convoluted return process, with a complete lack of follow through with the person with whom I spoke. I will give them credit for sending me a replacement flat sheet, but for the quality that they advertise and the poor customer service, I'd be wary to shop here again.

This is not what you would consider a factory outlet store. I do have e say they quality of their products are good. The prices are not what the average person can spend. I like good quality but feel 500.00 to 600.00 for a set of sheets no matter what the quality is,is not practical. Most people work very hard for what the earn. The staff were very nice and helpful but not a store for me. It was a good experience.
