Finds every excuse to not deliver mail. “No access” is inexcusable. The real reason is POOR MANAGEMENT!

They don’t like to deliver mail and find every excuse not to deliver mail. the manager/staff are unprofessional. Manager calls the police on people and makes false reports.

Questions & Answers

I mail a lot of packages and Ridgeway Post Office is very familiar with me because of this. I mailed 2 packages on Monday and the carrier even greeted me on my porch when he picked them up. One is showing tracking other is not?

He probably thought he scanned both packages and didnt. Call the post office and give them the tracking number for the one that doesnt appear to be in the system.

I was home all day and just got a message that my packages "unable to deliver" this is not the first time this has happened I tried calling the post ofice but was unable to speak with a human. I would like the name of the mail person

You can try and call again. If you do get a person then tell them your address. Then ask for the regular carrier's name. Remember the exact date of the incident because it may hv been a back up carrier. If all this fails go ONLINE and go to the postal website and file a complaint. SUPERVISORS ARE SUPPOSE TO VIEW THESE DAILY AND ALSO THE DISTRICT OFFICE SEES THEM. HOPE THIS HELPS
