Holy cow, this is literally the cutest place my gf and I have ever seen. We’re from out of town and decided to pull off the highway while road tripping thru the American SE and stumbled upon this gem. What an incredible surprise. It’s like you’re transported back to the antebellum era as soon as you step in (minus the racism…they are so friendly here; mt gf is Latina and there are both black and white patrons here as I’m writing this). This place is a total MUST SEE!

Going to Laura's Tea Room has been a delightful tradition in our family for years. We've celebrated mother's day, Christmas and many things in between. This past week we went to celebrate my mom's recovery from a major surgery and her ability to walk again! Laura's Team Room is a special place run by special people and we can't say enough about how hard they work to make things just right. I have food allergies and they accommodated those to a "T" ;-). Even when I said not to worry about me and that I was just here to enjoy time with my mom and sister, they went all out to be sure I could enjoy high tea as well. Thank you Carol. Thank you Tracy. You all are amazing!

Top tier aesthetic paired with a vintage locale, great food, and friendly, talkative staff who seemingly haven't had a bad day in their life. A little more expensive than you'd expect for the portions, but their selection of authentic collectibles, cutlery, and knick-knacks/antiques more than make up for it by being high-qaulity and affordable. I haven't had the Tea Service, but I will be trying it very soon after such a good first impression.

Love this place. One of the best high tea experiences I've had so far. The tea quality was lovely. You get 2 different types of tea choices for the hot tea and they also serve you a featured fresh fresh steeped iced tea which I loved very much. The desserts are lovely the ambience is Exactly what you would want to expect with any high tea experience. Loved the seasonal infusions they added with the different food courses that accompanied the teas. The building is historical and service was top notch. We'll go back again next time I'm in the area.

Yes they do..you need to make a reservation and they still have the hats you can wear during afternoon tea
Yes or you will wait for a long time to be seated. They are always busy.
Call them and ask for Carol.
Very safe, plenty of space between parties.
Yes. When we've been there, we've seen lots of kids. Just remember that we're still in a pandemic, so all CDC recommended precautions apply.
Worth every penny. Lovely way to enjoy lunching, and tea with friends
Yes they do
No, they don't. The stairs arent too steep. Most things are downstairs including tables for the cafe.
No, reservations are not required for the deli including the full menu of teas, but high tea upstairs does need for you to call and book. Hope this helps.
