One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I visited yesterday on a whim. There were two young women working, Sage and Emma, and they were wonderful. I’d never had bubble tea before but wanted to try and I took their recommendation on a flavor combination and it was delicious! Emma also helped me pick out some loose leaf to take home. I really appreciated how she took her time with me and walked me through all the different types of tea. I’m trying to give up coffee and know next to nothing. She really listened to me to make sure we found something I’d like, all while being incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Would 100% recommend The Tea Smith! Thank you Sage and Emma!!

The prices are fantastic! The customer service was top notch, very polite and helpful explaining how the menu worked. A very nice selection of fine loose leaf teas. The flavors are particularly good, and they were generous with the popping pearls. The gift shop had a really neat selection of unique things. The decor is very nice and modern

Yes, we can definitely work with you on this! We blend in-house, so have a wide variety of herbs, fruits, and spices on hand. We typically recommend starting with a 4 oz batch and do charge a small blending fee.
