Talent Management Group (TMG) is THE BEST in town. I have been with TMG for 27 years. I was with another agency before that, for about 10 years. You cannot find a more quality agency to be represented by than TMG! Vickie is very professional and communicates well with the talent. I am proud to be represented by TMG!

I have been with TMG now for almost a year - and I feel SO SUPPORTED! The entire staff is so personable. They go out of their way to attend your events (screenings, theatre productions, etc.) and are just so super kind. Also, the office space is gorgeous. These agents have a hard job, but they do it all with such professionalism, individualism, and organization that they have earned my highest confidence. 10/10 would recommend.

TMG is a top-tier professional talent agency, so they only get paid when/if you get paid, by taking a 15% commission on your earnings. This is how all legitimate talent agencies work. The one fee they do take aside from commissions is a $75 annual website fee to host, update and maintain a profile for you on their website, which is what gets shown to clients and casting directors.
You need to call and try to schedule an interview. Most of the time you will need to wait for them to announce an open audition.
There are costs involved, such as head shots, comp cards and web fees once you are signed on with an agency. The head shots and comp cards will be done outside of the agency. I recommend you call for an interview before your pictures unless you already have them. Remember there should never be sign on fees to be represented. Training is also needed. The only part of these fees that go to the agency are the web fees.
Go to their website and submit your materials. They are currently having open submissions for talent.
