I met the support professionals at Albany Ketamine today during my intake appointment. Julie at the reception desk and the counselor, Sativa, were friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. I was a little nervous with this being my first visit to AKI after struggling since early July to get timely help from other healthcare providers to treat my anxiety and depression. These ladies put me totally at ease and I left feeling confident that I would get the help I need here. Thank you Julie and Sativa.

Dr Hanson is a great Doctor. He’s compassionate and caring. The office staff is wonderful as well. I’m so thankful that I found this practice. I’ve been helped in so many ways. Please consider this location if you suffer from severe pain or mental health issues.

Not only were every staff member at Albany Ketamine Infusions absolutely wonderful, my first infusion made me a believer that this will definitely help me tremendously, it already has! Bring on the next 5 treatments! That was my first review. I had my 6th visit yesterday (8/15) and I haven’t felt this well, both mentally and physically, in 25 to 30 years! AKI and their tremendous complement of staff gave me my life back!!!!

What are the possible adverse or negative side effects associated with ketamine infusions?

I don't know of any 'negative' side effects other then you are unable to drive or do anything requiring big brain work that day. You are kind of out of it after the infusion. I have nothing but good to say about them. They with absolute certainty saved my daughter's life. The Dr. Can adjust your dosage to a level you feel comfortable with.
