There is not enough stars that I could give to explain the level of service I was provided from Kim Adams. My husband and I went to Kim wanting to add a 2 carat center stone to a ring I had purchased at Morgan Jewelers early in the year. When I had gone to another jeweler they treated us very poorly as if we didn’t have the money for the ring, and it did ruin the experience of wanting to even get my upgrade. My husband had talked me to go back in to look again, and that’s where Kim had help us get my forever ring!!!! I love it so much he was amazing, patient, and I couldn’t ask for better service then he provided to us. Thank you Kim I love my forever ring!!!!

Thank you Ramin for the excellent customer service that made our experience so wonderful. My husband and I initially went in and left second guessing the choice and size of the diamond we picked.. We called and Ramin said that he would set aside a few other options for us to check out. Sure enough when we arrived back he knew us by name and took his time making sure that we were comfortable with our choice. We went with a bigger better quality diamond leaving very happy! My ring was finished a few days before they said it would be done which was awesome! Thank you Ramin!

Disappointing. I will not purchase another diamond from Morgan Jeweler ever again. They want $250 to appraise a ring that was originally purchsed from them. Clearly not interested in keeping customers.

I am not sure if this is the right location but my fiancé and I had the best experience here buying my engagement ring! Nate was so awesome and made us feel comfortable and made the decision easy! I love love love my ring and loved how easy and not intimidating the experience was. 10/5 stars tbh
