We have a condo on the 3rd floor that has no signs on water leaks but the tenants below are complaining off water leaks from the ceiling. What are we responsible for and what is H.O.A. responsible for

Unit owners are responsible for the amount of damage in THEIR unit up to the association's deductible amount (which is $10,000).

Have I missed something? We understood that there would be some sort of meeting re: the Lofts and Flats suit in July, but have heard nothing. I know there are few owners living here anymore, but a number of those who are here are asking questions.
