The new management is awful. We've had people come in about 5 different times in the span of a few months to "measure stuff" for refurbishing our already refurbished apartment. That included them taking pictures of the inside of our place while we've been living here, including our BEDROOM. We feel like we have no privacy anymore and we are moving out ASAP. They also keep saying we owe more money after paying our monthly bill which we receive by email. We keep telling them to fix it but they dont. The prices are just going up and it isn't worth what they are asking for.

I've lived at the Heritage for several years. All upgrades & repairs are done promptly and professionally. Admire is in charge of keeping the property in 5 star condition, he always does quality work, and on time!!

Used to love this place, but the last 2-years in a row they have raised the rates each year. Now I'm paying almost $400 a month more that when I started living here. I've seen rate-hikes but this is ridiculous. They've turned into a typical predatory housing-complex all so some CEO can line his pockets. STEER CLEAR.
