I toured and applied here, and was approved promptly. Triton owns and manages this location, something I think is important especially for longer term tenants. Unfortunately, their lease allows them to enter your space at any time without notice… and they had no interest in modifying the contract. No expectation of privacy is something that strikes me as laughable… if it’s something you value, don’t waste your time here.

Nice views. Quiet where I'm at. Good size space and location. They should clean stairwells at least once a month. It's easy enough to lease w/d but they should have in all units or take care of it for you. Gym equipment is kind of old.

The building is not kept clean and management doesn’t address issues when you bring them up. There have been carpet pieces in the hallway for over a month from them changing the neighbors carpet. There has been food on the stairs for months, peeling paint chunks hanging in the stairwell which I spoke to management about months ago, dozens of dead bugs in the stairwell as well. Some of the residents leave trash outside their doors and it smells and stains the area. The advertised rent is $400 more than a year ago. I have been treated very poorly by office staff and had to speak with the regional manager.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community, complete with a dog park. We accept cats and dogs, with a 2-pet per apartment limit. There is a 65 lbs. weight limit, and restricted breeds do apply. We require a pet deposit and monthly pet-rent. Please contact us for more information about your furry friend!
We assign one covered parking stall per apartment. All uncovered parking is available to all registered operational vehicles. Garages are also available for rent. Please contact management if someone is parked in your spot. Guests need to have prior approval from management. We provide snow removal. Unfortunately, we do not allow recreational vehicles to be parked on the property.
