She came by the store on her day off and saw that I was struggling to design and place my order. She jump in and work with me for at least two hours on her own time. This gal has not only great customer service skills, her heart is in the right place to lead a team of people by her example. Just when you think retail has lost the art of good customer service, people like Trish show up and restore your trust.
