However, you might want to seek an order from the court because if they don't leave you will then need to get the order to get them out. Unless they are committing or threatening violence. Then you can get a Temporary Protective order and have them removed immediately. ( for 20 days ) then the court will hear your case and decide whether to make the order permanent or extend or dismiss. Note: They can also have you removed from your home if they claim violence or threat of violence.
