The hotel is good, but the resort fee they charged me was extremely abusive. I only stayed for 3 days for 339 dollars, in addition to being placed in a smaller room than the contracted one, but as it met my need I didn't fight for it. But charging the fee to my card I found totally absurd.

The hotel is beautiful, and so are the rooms. They were very updated, modern and clean. The gentleman at the front desk gave us a complimentary room upgrade, and was so so helpful and nice. He even gave us cruise information and printed out our boarding passes for us! He went above and beyond. Checkout is late in the hotel (12pm) which is great, beautiful inside and outside seating, large clean pool, grill etc. I also had late night check in and my room was not cancelled like other reviews have said. I called ahead to confirm as well. Breakfast wasn’t anything amazing but it was nice to have before leaving for my cruise. I very much enjoyed my stay here before going to Miami port and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!

I have a bad experience with this Hotel, at the time of registering my card they made me a debit for the value of 325 dollars as a guarantee of the room, which to date has not been returned, more than three months have elapsed sent mail to the accountant Manuel Luque, who does not answer, are indelicate people. They have free shuttles from Miami airport but not from ft. Lauderdale. You can take Uber. We did prepaid hotel so didn't pay anything extra like resort fees.
