Amazing place. Beautiful spacious apartments and reasonably priced. The management has always been very responsive with any issues I have presented and going as far to accommodate my requests. Always a text or phone call away. They are conveniently located near shopping stores and amazing restaurants.

Highly recommend these apartments. They are beautiful and spacious. Ownership is very attentive to when a maintenance issue arises and are always great to deal with. The location is close to highways and the Hamburg village. My fiancee and I really enjoyed our time living here.

The Woods at Bayview are absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and the location is very convenient! The property manager is always helpful and very responsive which is hard to come by. They have off-street parking and private entrances which is a must for me. These are by far my favorite apartments in the Southtowns - you won't find anything else like them. They feel more like homes than temporary apartments.
