Front desk and doctor were friendly, but if you're expecting glasses and want them when they're ready, you need to call them regularly. Two weeks after the latest date they told me they would be ready I decided to call to see why they were delayed/where they're at/etc and sure enough, they were there. Not sure what happened or how long they were there, as they were very communicative before I paid off my glasses. I asked about this pair when I went to pick up my first and the thin man was so confident that my second pair wasn't there he didn't feel to need to check. "If you didn't get a notification, it's not ready. When you get your notification, it's here". Please don't tell customers that anymore.

Definitely not going back the thin man who gave me my glasses is awfully rude with customers and staff. When it was time to pay he asked me how much I owed I assumed they had the information on the computer but apparently no one knew the amount. He then said I owed $120 then $150, but then credit $60 how does that even work? I asked why my lense wasn't as thin as my previous subscription yes i know it cost extra !and i did pay that extra money! but he answered with a I don't know very rudely. When I received the case it didn't even come with a cloth to wipe my glasses. Exeter optometrist are very more professional and caring. Never again am I wasting my time and money going here!

Disappointed in this company. First pair of lenses was supposed to take two weeks. They came in and were sent back because someone sent wrong info. Took another two weeks. Now the second pair of lens I am told will take up to three weeks to receive. It is not a two -three weeks turn around time any where else. Very disappointed.
