Will never answer the phone and will not call you back. Also will argue with you about procedues you ask to be done , not because of any health reason because they simply disagree with you. It's stressful actually feeling bad making an appointment because you seem to be a burden to these people. Sad.

Polite staff and Dr. Matias-Gomes is the best! I have been seeing Dr. Matias-Gomes since 2017 she has been awesome and her team is informative and friendly. If I have any questions I just call the nurse line and they're always there to help and if they're busy I know I'll get a call back.

Doctor Braz-Martin at Truesdale is thee absolute best there is to see. She's extremely kind & genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend her as an OBGYN. The OB office desk staff are pleasant & helpful. As for the other practices in there i cannot speak on them as I've only been to the vision center once, they were ok the wait was long & the people always crowd the halls. The LAB staff at truesdale would get 0 stars, they're Highly disorganized, jabbed me in the wrong place causing me to bleed for awhile and have a blood blister bump which i never get from drawing blood. I normally bleed a dot & then you can't even tell i just got poked but that wasn't the case, i was dripping blood for minutes straight & had a big blue skin bubble where they jabbed. They erased my name too soon before i returned for my 1hr glucose test so they passed the hour allowed time to draw blood because the lady accidentally erased my name for whatever reason so they totally forgot about me until i spoke up.. (they were all much older ladies who just didn't seem to have it together which is scary when it comes to trusting these ppl with needles & your health!) Lady who drew my blood didn't even wash her hands 1st just put on gloves and as i sat there i could hear the staff in the room across from me helping eachother write an email outloud to complain about other staff. It was highly unprofessional & disorganized, priorities weren't in line for such a serious job.

According to NP Jen they don’t observe the 1st amendment and will refuse to give you your medical record if you don’t comply with what they say even if it goes against your religious beliefs.I asked for a release form so my information can be faxed to my new OB office and the NP Jen replies “ sure as soon as you get your blood work done”. I made it clear that certain information I can get for them them from visits with my PCP such as blood type. I don’t see how it’s not understood that requesting a blood draw violates my rights to freely exercise my religion . I am more than aware of what needs to be done and how things are done when having a child and FREELY PRACTICED MY RELIGIOUS BELIEFS while going to my doctors appointments in the Past If you are a religious person and follow the Bible this is not the place for you. The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prevents the government from making laws which regulate an establishment of religion, or that would prohibit the free exercise of religion, or abridge the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press, the freedom of assembly, or the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, as one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights.
