Outstanding job they did

They told me I was guilty of negligent homicide because my cat that I didn't even get from them jumped out of my arms and out an open door and didn't come back. Told me they would never let me adopt from them because I'm negligent, irresponsible, and can't be trusted with the safety of an animal. They don't know that I slept in the woods for two weeks and did everything in my power to get him to come back. This cat was a street cat and would straight up ignore me and I could not catch him no matter what I did. I love and miss my baby and pray that he's safe somewhere, but I connected with a cat there while looking for him wanted to try to move on and love another cat in the meantime after it had been over a month since my first cat ran away. I understand and appreciate what they do for animals, but I have no respect for the way they treated me after leading me on and acting like they understood my pain. I can't speak for the company as a whole, but I don't know if I trust anything who would allow this kind of attitude as their business model.
