Breakfast was free and the room was nice and well maintenance. It was great for my mom to got out and smoke just outside the door instead of having to take the elevator. I would definitely stay again!!

Worst experience service-wise I've had so far this year. I was traveling for a family emergency and was already stressed and tired, and this place just made it worse. The front desk was VERY hateful and actively tried to cause me difficulty. I'm a platinum member of choice hotels but will be staying with other chains as much as possible after this experience. The room was of VERY poor quality. There was no breakfast. The TV didn't work at all. They attempted to steal a $100 cash deposit that they insisted on upon checkout even though that wasn't stated on the hotel policies online. THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK EVEN TRIED ASKING FOR $200 IN CASH AS AN ATTEMPT TO ROB ME.. Waited an hour in line to get checked in and was cursed at by hotel staff as a result of simply waiting. If choice hotels respects their loyal customers they should return my payment for the night I paid for. They made a tough trip even worse and I can not say enough how much you SHOULD NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel doesn't have a shuttle but a shuttle arrives various times during day to you to dolphin mall for a small fee

Another option is to call the hotel and indicate which door you are in, they will pass through you. Avoid confusion as there are several Quality Inn and all go through the same level.
