My roommate and I moved into EnV this February and have had an incredible experience so far. The move was seamless, and the staff was warm & welcoming. Tracy the front desk receptionist is phenomenal. The amenities are top-notch, location is prime and apartments are modern. There isn’t much else you can ask for!

My boyfriend and I moved here in January and we love living at the EnV! Not only is it a great location, it has great amenities and events. The team is so welcoming and within a couple days of moving in, Tracy at the front desk already knew us by name. The leasing team goes above and beyond and always puts on cute monthly and holiday events. If we ever place a maintenance request, a team member is there within a couple of hours to help us out. Living here has been the best decision we have made!

Lived here for 4 years now. Good location in the heart of River North and a nice pool for the summer. The building is always looking for ways to improve the amenities. It's also nice that a lot of the staff has remained here during my time, gives it more of a home feel. Tracy at the front desk makes sure of this with her warm greetings and conversation

We agree our community's location is fabulous, 28th floor amenities add to a boutique feel, and Bozzuto is committed to creating meaningful and fun resident events all year long. While your exciting job moved you to a new state sooner than we thought, if you ever come back in Chicago we'll be ready for your return home to River North ;)
