I've lived here at Atwater since May and it's been an amazing experience. Attentive staff, great amenities, incredible location and the monthly free food/drinks/events are the best. Definitely the best place I've ever lived. And my VIEW, best view of the lake. Working from home is a dream.

My client arranged for me to stay for 4 weeks; I enjoyed the spacious one bedroom apartment plus the onsite gym. I would like to mention one Bozzuto staff member in particular, Kaleb Gonzalez. Kaleb is part of the maintenance team. I was so impressed by how hard he works and the fact that he was friendly and polite and always smiling. He is the type of employee you want representing your property.

Yes, we offer an attached and covered 11-story parking garage that offers 475 parking spaces. We offer a reserved spot for $350 per month or an unreserved spot for $250 per month. Both are guaranteed spots.
Yes, your water, gas, trash, sewer, A/C, heat, cable, and internet are all included. The only utility paid separately is your electricity through ComEd.
