Nice spot. Condo but seem like small apartment. Great views. Area dangerous from homeless vagrants. Parking extremely bad also. Nice place to live for younger type profesional on budget. Door person very pleasant.

I have to say Jacob is the best and i mean the best leasing agent. He is patient, explains the different layout, gives very detailed tours, and guides you through the move in process. The beautiful is building but what really sold me was the staff!

If you are in the market for a rental, consider moving to 1401 S. State. I have toured a number of buildings in the area, and the level of professionalism and friendliness is unparalleled. I was greeted by Tyler at the door as if I was a long lost friend. Jackson conducted my tour and managed to be affable, informative and entertaining all at once. Both Jacob and Jackson patiently answered every question I had, and believe me, I had a million! They are also both dog lovers as I discovered, and we had a delightful conversation about our respective pets. I sometimes need a little hand holding, and Jacob and Jackson have made the process of leasing an apartment a pleasure!

Great apartment building. Love my neighbors. Love the staff. Huge apartment. Wish they had a pool but the location and closet size make up for that.
