This building is terrible. The property manager is terrible. The whole service here is not good. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here due to this building living conditions. They are raising the rent but can’t fix the building.

There's an office located on Madison & Austin in Chicago
Hey I moved there 3 months ago and they promise wifi but it doesn't work in your apartment. I had to get my own wifi. Maybe it work for people who is close to the wifi box but a few people told me they had to get their own.
I don't know about bad credit but they do accept section 8 . They will help you build your credit score by reporting your rent payments.
